I just wanna know if the source file (.fla) of the starrlayer.swf file exist..
In the case it exist.. WHERE can i find it ?

unfortunately, I can't find the source file for starrlayer.swf so your stuck with the SWF file only

The new underwater theme has a new bubbles effect where the FLA is included. This file is intended for bakcgrounds though unless you edit the code.
