It is not possible in the current version.
But I believe it will be in a future version.

When you integrate the gallery into an HTML page (or other), and that you set it in a bigger siez, the gallery stay at the original size and the background comes around... :s

That really is to bad....
In that case I hope the future version won't take to long. I find it anyoing that the gallery is so small....

Unfortunately the gallery is currently static size, except the slideshow viewing module, which uses optimal/maximum stage size.
We are working towards a flexible layout gallery for the next major release (v2).

Me too.
I hate the slideshow (it just doesnt fit in with my design), I just need the gallery to be slightly larger
ANY news on the new version>?
I know how to make the gallery seem larger...

Use pictures that are 800 x 600. I did it and the gallery works fine. Bigger pictures makes the gallery look bigger, or at least it uses all the space it is granted. I didn't bother with the preloaded imageready resize tools either, those are crap. Use 'scripts' under 'file' menu in Photoshop, and batch resize your open pics to meet 800 x 600 rules. It won't chop up your pics like the imageready tools that are pre-packed.
give it a shot, because waiting for a new release to solve any problems seems very unlikely.
