I realized I'm able to use accents and à± in the content menu, but in the sartimage or anything that appears above the main window that it's not possible, any hint?

For the startheading, we are using a special font desert dog. If I was to include all native characters, it would double the filesize of the imagevue.swf file.

If you need your native characters, you will need to edit the Imagevue FLA source file and embed the additional characters required in the textfield for the startheading.
