I have the upload/content directory and it works well. I have some photos in all these directories directories...

upload/content/category1/images1/
upload/content/category1/images2/
upload/content/category2/images1/
upload/content/category2/images2/

I have also setup some Slide shows separately for these 4 directories, but is it possible to run the same slideshow for all the files in all 4 directories ?

Make links on your website, like this:

http://www.yoursite.com/upload/slidesho ... 1/images1/
http://www.yoursite.com/upload/slidesho ... 1/images2/
http://www.yoursite.com/upload/slidesho ... 2/images1/
http://www.yoursite.com/upload/slidesho ... 2/images2/

Now you can use the same slideshowconfig.ini for each directory.

tnx for answer. I knew that, but I am looking for possibility of the same slideshow for all images. I.e, the user should click only once and slideshow all images. Your solution require 4 clicks. I am looking only 1 click for all.

Another question. Can I use a different MP3 background music for each different slideshow ?
