i have uploaded the "upload" folder but i get "error reading config file" error, sometimes the flash loads but the menu wouldnt show up etc etc. Can someone plz check:

did you create the thumbs in your admin-area after uploading the files ?

when i try to login in admin area i get the "cannot contact server"!!, try it here:

yes it does, all the php tests pass too. Looks like some permission issue as if i make a folder and then upload the gallery it works. like here:

www.amolivad.com/gallery

but what needs to be changed in the root is what idont know.

I would try to upload the whole progi once more by starting a new gallery out of this version which works so fine.

works only under the "/gallery" directory and not under root. Looks like my only solution to this would be have a redirect code on my index.php to this directory

Could read that a another user has had the same problem as I have now, but I can not resolve mine. I've had mine gallery up and running all day and suddently now it shows "error reading config file" and when trying to log on as admin there is "no contact with server". I've made a fresh installation and I still get the same errors.

I'm running Windows Server 2003 and link to my site is:
