I'm trying to remove the download control on ImageVue I have taken out the download option on the ini files but I still get the option to download the image when I first go into an image folder. Is there a way to remove this within the ini's or do I need to edit the fla?

Do you have a link to your gallery, so we can take a look.

I am having a similiar issue...After clicking on a thumbnail I still have a download image button in the navigation area. Is there a way to eliminate the download button when viewing individual images?

Remove in slideshowimagevueconfig.ini the word download from the line:
Code
maincontrols = select,previous,next,toggleplay,sfx,window,popup,download

Hey,

last but not least you have to delete 'open in window' in the config.ini and also 'window + download' in slideshowimagevueconfig.ini
maincontrols = select,previous,next,toggleplay,sfx,window,popup,download
because by clicking this option, you will load your image in a new browser window and so it's not really a problem to download any image by rightclicking :wink:

René, Hanky, thanks, for the tips. Those changes did get rid of the download button but I couldn't find the attributes you mentioned in either of those .ini files.

At least the button is gone and I've learned another place to look for customizing possibilities. Thanks again...both of you.

One more question...What version of Flash is required to edit the .swf files or create new ones that are compatible with Imagevue?
