I have read a few Post here about this issue, but i have not changed the hierarchy of the software, I uploaded the files exactly how they were provided. I have also tested the PHP on the server, and everything looks good. the site is http://www.theworldimage.com

that actually clues me in to nothing, as I'm not an experienced imagevue developer. any other ideas?

can someone please give me some guidance as to how i correctly implement this? i see the <startheading> in the config.ini file which i changed and it does not change the title of the page i can edit the index.php title but i should not have to.
