menu level

I'm Italian, I don't speak english very well, so please excuse me for bad english.
I've always saw menu with tow levels (groupfolder and imagefolder inside)
but I need a menu with tree levels (folder with inside groupfolder with inside imagefolder)
if I upload in my ftp something like that the menu doesn't work. I think I have to change something in the configuration file...
someone can help me??
