Set up problem after setting permissions

I have installed the imagevuex2 and checked to see that the gallery was running per instructions. All was working fine.
I then set the permissions for the few folders as per instructions. Now when I go to the gallery www.limbrick.us/portfolio I am getting an Internal Server Error.
What did I do wrong?
