I just purchased the commercial license of Imagevue X2 - followed the basic instructions from here - https://www.photo.gallery/v2docs/quickstart/

Got to point number 3 - Check your gallery,

My gallery doesn't work at all, it takes about a minute to even recognize the files, then once it finally shows the gray page with the spinning loading wheel but doesn't get any further then that... I've set all the permission's, I host with Media Temple, I can't see why there would be any problem...

The other files and pages on both these servers are quick and run fine.. but both these links seem to take ages to even recognize the files and load the grey page with the preloader.. And it never moves beyond this point..

Any help would be much appreciated...

Thank you for reporting this and cooperating in fixing the gallery.
This bug only affects PHP4 users, new Imagevue X1.7.2 is uploaded, everybody on PHP4, you can just re-download imagevuex2.zip and update /imagevue/include/ivXmlNode.class.php
