Sorry, I'm not quite sure I understand all your problems -

At the start, the page not go on - I checked your gallery, and couldn't see any problems. Your startpage includes the photoblinds effect, and the visitor has to use the main menu to continue. Are you trying to set it so that the visitor can click the startimage to go to the first gallery?

How to increase the size of l" writing of the text? - You can change the size and any other style of all texts by editing your theme CSS stylesheet. Go to admin -> themes -> edit your theme -> edit theme stylesheet. Read more about this here:
