How to turn EXIF data off

I have the opposite problem to most in that I don't want the EXIF data to show and I can't find any setting that will stop it. My host has turned EXIF off but the data still shows.
admin-> settings-> image-> text -> (1,2,3) items
Deselect it in the list, may have to select again what you want displayed !!
