Cant create folders or create thumbnails

Please help me. I am unable to create folders in the content folder and i can upload pictures if i do them one at a time but i can not generate thumbnails. This is very irritating please help me.

I will need a link and login to your admin to diagnose this. Do you have any "warning" icons on top right of your admin?

This sounds like permissions are lacking on folders, but then you should see red warning on top of the screen.

yes i do have a warning and it says something about safe mode and i get a php error on line 16.

Could you please provide a link to your gallery atleast? Safe_mode might prevent imagevue from accessing files and folders, but usually this is fixable with setting permission so folders are writable for all.

Also I am sure it would be helpful for you to check this article about setting permissions here:

While I do see thumbnails in your gallery, if you think you need a helping hand here, please provide your ftp and Imagevue Control Panel credentials so we could take a look.

I think it is working now i am pretty sure it was all a server configuration problem thanks for the help though. You guys are awesome at tech support.
