Just to get the ball rolling...

I think the 'installation' of the gallery is fairly easy if you've worked with websites and FTP uploads before, the first time I admit there were a few growing pains, but all in all I give it two thumbs up.

If you think there is anything to improve or remember any bumps along the way - please share. Atleast might give some food for thoughts.
