The "skin" Karl's referring to is the "package" the video player comes in when presented on the display. So, his default package/skin he gets when his app (X2) provides it for you doesn't have access to this volume control knob.

You could try another video skin from Flash(if you have flash), but I remember having to mod the one we are using now because it didn ´t work flawlessly. I don ´t know if this is recommended ...
