I have uploaded the imagevue folder to my website: www.smcdoctor.com. When I go to the site I just see "Index of" with files there, including the imagevue folder.
I have no programming knowledge but have followed the basic instruction. I have not made a site or anything, only have hosting and a domain. I had a site here before for the last 12 months and it worked fine. I called my hosting company and they say I need an index page--they said it should have been made. Please help me with the next step to get my site going.

I understand that you only want the use Imagevue on your site.
The only thing that you have to do then is: move all the files and folders in the folder 'imagevue x2 20090224' on your webspace, into the root of webspace.
Imagevue already does works OK on your site: http://www.smcdoctor.com/imagevue%20x2%2020090224/
