I was reading on the imagevuex site something about using the imagevuex standalone version.
Well it sounds very interesting to me but I can't find an imagevuex.exe in my imagevue17.zip wich I have downloaded from imagevuex.
Can somebody please tell me how to get the imagevuex.exe standalone version?
Thanks in advance

Let me explain this briefly:
We did release a so-called Imagevue standalone some time ago. However, it was specified that it was not a standalone gallery that could run straight from a cd-rom or from desktop reading images from any folder. - It was a standalone EXE file which runs directly on desktop, but still needed to be connnected remotely to a PHP compatible server running Imagevue. I finally took the standalone down from our downloads section because it was from an older version of imagevue, and still in beta mode.
In the not-so-distant future, I am hoping to release TRUE standalone versions of both the Imagevue gallery, and the slideshow, which may be run from desktop and cd-rom without any PHP server.

Thanks for the reply, and looking forward to the standalone versions!

i actually bought imagevuex due to its stand alone feature in 16... What is your estimated time of completion?

As I said, the "standalone" feature was not truly standalone as I expect you are thinking. It still needs to connect to a webserver with PHP.
We will hopefully release some fully standalone goodies before summer.

Hello !
First of all please excuse my bad english...
Is now a true standalone version available, wich can be run from a cd-rom ?
If yes, how can I setup it ?
Thank you very much !
