Tumbnails Undefined - Newbie Problem

Hi All,
Just got imagevue today and having uploaded the files to my server I get thumbnail undefined errors with the sample pics - naturally I can see no images:

PHP Info is here:
http://www.krayenbrink.co.uk/test.php
This seems to suggest that PHP and the GD2 extensions are installed correctly.
In addition when running the imageview test it seems that it fails:
http://www.krayenbrink.co.uk/dk/iv/uplo ... /index.php
Would appreciate any assistance.
