One Thumbnail - one Gallery

It is possible to click on a thumbnail in order to open a sub gallery?
Example: I want to put pictures of 12 nations of the world. When I open my gallery I want to see 12 thumbnails, one for every country. When I click on one of this I want to open gallery with thumbnails of that specific country.
