Audio not playing when back from slideshow

Hello,
I use "audio" with "groupfolder" parameter in gallery view. There is no audio file for all groups, and no alternate audio file (because I don't want audio in all groups)
When I'm back from slideshow (slideshow from gallery thumbnails), if it is after a group/folder without audio file, audio from the group from where an audio file exist will no longer being played.
Is it normal ? A bug ?
Must I have an alternate audio file ? Adio file in all group folder ?
