Hi all,

I have this message when I try to modify the name of the pictures in the Admin module.

Is someone have an idea to rectify this problem ?

How/where do you want to rename your pictures?
As far as I know is this not possible in Imagevue.

1. = ok The rename was ok



2. = not ok, can't create file...



An idea ?

Unfortunately, you can not rename images from the admin in Imagevue. This will be possible in a future release.

My explanation is not really correct...sorry

I don't want to rename the pictures, but I want to integrate a additional name of the picture.

In the example one, all is ok (see the white box, there is a name)

In the example two, it is not good and there is the message bellow left "error can't create..."

Finally, it is possible to integrate a specific title because I made that, but now, it is not possible.

Any idea or option ?

The two first picture are a different codification, but it is not good.

Do you know the various codes or would you like the description ?

I'm sorry, but I'm not quite sure what the problem is ...

I can see one of your images has a different CHMOD/permissions setting than the others. That can most likely be changed by logging in to FTP and setting its permission from there. I am not sure if or how it affects imagevue in any way.

the problem is that I can't integrate a name of the pictures with the admin module (see above pictures).

I thought that it was a problem with the CHMOD/permission setting but even if I CHMOD/permission is ok, there is always the message "error can't create files".

It is very strange because at beginning it was good and now no good

I believe that I found the problem.

When I connect to admin module, I'm connected with "guest" and there is mention "no permission" and I think it is the problem because normaly I should be connect not in guest but as admin with my password.

What's is the solution to create my access to admin module ?

I resolve the problem...it was a problem with the admin access. I specify a password for me, I control the CHMOD...and now it is ok!
