Descriptions?

07 Feb 2008, 21:02

Im having quite a bit of trouble adding descriptions to make it look like this:
https://www.photo.gallery/imagevue/?fold ... nwin=false

I looked all over the documentation and can't seem to find anything.
Please help!

Generally, you could just the related settings as provided in the URL of that link:
Code
descriptions=startopen
thumbopenwin=false
Set that in your config.ini, and you should have descriptions similar as in the example link. If you are still having trouble, please post a link.

That link is using the "gardener" template which should be in your templates folder. See here: https://www.photo.gallery/imagevue/templates/

Also soo here "how to use templates": https://www.photo.gallery/support/templates/

Generally, you could try to simply append that parameter to your link:
"...&configfile=templates/gardener/slideshowconfig.ini"

that would be:
Code
displayposition = right
Ità¦s in your slideshowimagevueconfig.ini, and is grouped with several other settings related to the description which you may want to change.

probably because you are in "guest access" and not in "admin access"!

if you are in Admin access, it will be necessary to check the right in your FTP.

I had this problem and I was in guest access.
