Another Flash in to HTML n00b, help.

I have the main files in

http://www.zandaphotography.com/hey/

but I have html_integrate_2.html in

http://www.zandaphotography.com/test/html_integrate_2.html

and want to load the flash in

http://www.zandaphotography.com/hey/

in there.

What files do I edit and what code do i replace?
Please use simple talk as i don't understand most of what is said in here. Cheers
