It's certainly some thing to do with your statcounter javascript. In fact I pinpointed it to the script itself - The line:
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.statcounter.com/counter/counter_xhtml.js"></script>
I'm not sure how this counter is supposed to work, but they don't seem to have taken all compatibility into mind - When viewing the javascript
http://www.statcounter.com/counter/counter_xhtml.js , in the top there is something about setting the height of an object to "screen.height" which seems to multiple with the height of the SWF. Perhaps you should post in their forum

You could also try to set in the top of the page:
...although this might also hide your counter if you are trying to display it on the page.
Optionally you could consider other statcounters? Nice gallery btw...
