Hey. I was just wondering where can I download the starrlayer.swf file? I would like to use that as my startfx but I do not see it in the downloaded files. Only the blur effect. Is it possible to download it? Thanks for your help!

Check in your imagevue files under /upload/templates/underwater/starrlayer.swf - It's there!
