Another point..

In slideshowimagevueconfig.ini,
What are the options for the imageclick behaviour in the main slideshow ?
Default is "next image", but is there something like "thumbnail" to go back to the thumbnail
or "close" acting like the click on the close cross on the top right?

You can pretty much set any one of the options that is available in the main controls:

next, previous, stop, play, toggleplay, window, popup, link, closewindow, download, closeslideshow, customdata, sendemail

I believe you are looking for the setting in bold.
