I made a Russian version of my website.
But I have a problem: the texts of the file lang.ini do not appear correctly.
How can I do ? Should I change the .fla, my html page with the .swf, file lang.ini .... ?

Can you help me ?

I'm afraid Imagevue currently only partly supports cyrillic and does not support japanese. You would have to change font in the source files and fix the PHP. In a future release, we will fully support these character sets!

Sorry for any inconvenience -

I already changed the sources file (.fla) for having a font that supports cyrillic (Arial).
I try to save my file lang.ini with UTF8.
Then, my swf being placed on a page htm, I changed the encoding of this page to UTF8.
But It doesn't work.

I also changed a file php? Which file ?

The reasons you mention, are amongst the reasons why we haven't been able to provide international character support. There are many aspects to consider - Everything from Flash, fonts, XML, PHP.

We are working on a new version which will be able to support international characters. For now, I'm not sure if there is any simple workaround.
