Can't get admin to work properly

So, I've found a free hosting site that allows PHP (after Karl pointed out in my last post the one I was using wouldn't - Thanks for that). However, now I'm having issues in getting the admin to function. It brings up the window where I enter my password, and I enter it just fine (I've followed the proper steps to set up my password, and have set the permissions correctly for the image files and folders), the window it brings up after entering the password doesn't give me any permissions to alter descriptions. I'm clicking on the "admin.swf" file on the server to access the admin.

Could this be another problem with a "free" hosting site? The site wouldn't allow me to upload certain files, like "config.ini-desc," "globalproto.as" and "globalstyles.as" Not sure what these do, but for all I know their absence on the serve could certainly cause problems.

If it is a problem, can anyone recommend some fairly cheap hosting sites that will allow full use of Imagevue? I've already registered the domain I'd like to use. Please forgive me; I'm pretty new at all this Web stuff!

Thanks!

Let me quote from a post I had a few days ago:

A link to your project would certainly help sort things out ...

As for cheap hosting sites, you should be able to get professional Imagevue compatible hosting for 5$ per month or less. We have a partner here: http://authenticnetworks.net/ - That is in the US, so if anyone can post any further providers, please do.
