how to change the window size in the gallery/thumb area.

I have my site so it loads into the gallery window, it seems strange that the window isn't set to accommodate the size of a 35mm image. Maybe I think that just cause Im a photographer ... is it possible to change? please say yes.

I am not sure why you say Imagevue is not set to accommodate a 35mm image. Unless you have set otherwise in the configuration, by default the image will open without any restrictions to aspect or size in the slideshow module. Perhaps a link to your gallery could clear things up?

Perhaps you have set the image to open within the restricted 640x360 area?

It is however true that the thumbnails area is currently restricted to 640x360, but this should not restrict the full size image. In a future release, also the thumbnails area will be scalable/flexible.

I would like the window that is is 640x360 to be 640x427(the size of a photo). I prefer loading the image into the gallery window (shown here www.modestbike.com) rather than using the slide show as the main viewer.

Does that make sense? Would it be possible? I dont think the thumbnall size needs to be full size.

Thanks... and I do really like the program!

Yes, your request does make sense ... Unfortunately, it is not possible.

The reason we integrated the slideshow module as the viewing option for Imagevue, was specifically to get around the restriction of having Images locked inside the 640x360 area. If you don't like that option, I am afraid you are stuck to the 640x360 area because this is not a flexible part of Imagevue.

In a future version, I believe full flexibility in the area can be expected.
