Hi,

This was just purchased for our company. The amount of thumbnails displayed by default is 12 which causes the thumbnails of my images to come out not so great looking. I want my thumbnail to show the whole image but seems it cuts the top and bottom off, the link is below:

This is for our clothing line and the thumbnail seems to cut off the mannequin's head and bottom body meaning it doesn't display the full image in a thumbnail version, is there a way to change the thumbnail size so that it'll show the whole picture but in a thumbnail format? Not sure if I'm making sense.

I was thinking that maybe if I was able to change the amount of thumbnails displayed, the auto-thumbnail generator will generate a bigger thumbnail...

You can change the way thumbnails are created by following the instructions in the article here: viewtopic.php?t=83

As for changing the amount of thumbnails being displayed, that is currently not possible, but will be a feature in a future version.

Wow, very quick response. Thank you for such great support; however it is a downside for my company and i that you don't have such features yet, i have recently purchased your latest one and it did not have that feature yet.

It would be great to have an option of how many images per page you can set, with the lowest being 1 and highest of 12. Also would be best if the script can check to see whether its best to use "scaletobox" or scaleandcrop". For exampl... If there are < 12 images... the thumbnails would autosize to fit the whole gallery's dimension and then use see which scaling property best suited. At the moment, I now unable to use this script which I paid $150 due to that it cuts off my models heads; and if I use scaletobox... the gallery does not look neat anymore as you can see on your example (https://www.photo.gallery/imagevue/?fold ... menu=false)
which contains too many white spaces.

I would greatly appreciate it if you can keep me and mind for when you do update and please let me know as soon as you can that the update is available so that I can continue t use this great product.
