Hi

I'm new at this so I don't know much and I need some help.

I want to set the menu at my gallery to be like this:

http://www.fabris.be/start/index.php

Means that the menu is always open, and when you roll over the 'about' it says what I write.

Can someone explain to me how it's done?

You have to use the SITEMENU -

Sitemenu is documented here: https://www.photo.gallery/418 (unfortunately the server with the example links is down, but the instructions are there).

Basically, you need to set "sitemenu = true" in your config.ini file.
