Thats weird... In your dir.php, it returns the following for Mallorca folder:
Are you sure you are using the latest version along with the latest config files?
This is not a standard issue anywhere else. If you still have problems, Im going to have to ask to get temporary FTP access from you so I can look into the issue directly...
