Slideshow timer n play problems

Hi there
thx for such a great gallerytool...i love it...
well...actually i just have a little problem to run my slideshow automatic.
which .ini file do i have to change? have a look at my galery http://terralinea.ch/galeria_showcase.htm
the timer doesn't show..and don't counting down...
the slideshow doesn't start and don't play ..
what i did wrong...
