Before purchasing this software I would like to know if the following is possible to achieve :
I have to make a models site, which has two items in the menu (women - men). This menu should bring up the thumbs of each model.
When a thumb is clicked, I would need to obtain all the thumbs of the selected model. When the thumb is clicked here, the image would then be viewed full screen.
Is this possible to achieve.

I'm sorry to say I don't think you can get Imagevue to work exactly as specified.
In Imagevue you would have to have 'woman' and 'man' as main menu items, and then a list of each models name as the submenu item, unfortunately without thumbnail.
Optionally, you could build your own system on top. You could create a htnl page with a thumbnail of each model, and when its clicked, you could use parameters to open a gallery that goes directly to thumbnails overview of the specific model.
