Photo Gallery Forums

When I click the popup button in the toolbar to get an image to open and popup - I am getting the popup window appearing but with nothing in it except the generic question mark symbol, also the pth to my images is displaying undefined in it, example below.
What do you suggest.
content/images/undefined/1.jpg

Its hard to tell whats going on without seeing a link. If you can provide one, Im sure we will be able to sort it out ...
