You can start a slideshow directly, with a link like this:
http://www.yoursite.com/slideshow.php?p ... oldername/
When you have only one folder with images you can also make the setting 'path' in the slideshowconfig.ini file. A link like:
http://www.yoursite.com/slideshow.php will start the slideshow.
In slideshowconfig.ini file you can also make settings for color, fonts, etc.
It is almost the same .ini file as slideshowimagevueconfig.ini, but that file is used for the settings of the slideshow which is started from the gallery.

Then you can start the slideshow module, like this:
https://www.photo.gallery/imagevue/slideshow.php

Thanks for the quick response, but that doesn't really address the problem. When a user types in a website address, I want the slideshow to load.
For example, if I typed in
www.photo.gallery, a slideshow should load and play. End of story. I can't expect someone to type in
https://www.photo.gallery/imagevue/slideshow.php. in the browser address bar. So back to my original question, how do I configure imagevue to do this?

I believe it is possible to rename slideshowh.php to index.php (first rename the original index.php to something else).

I have already used
http://www.yoursite.com/slideshow.php?p ... oldername/
for direct link to slide show. But I have to reload this page (press F5 on browser) several times before I can view the slide show.
How can i solve this problem?
