Unfortunately, the header font does not support any other characters than the default latin alphabet. This is because this font is embedded into the document, and if we were to also embed the extended latin alphabet, it would increase the filesize of Imagevue 2-fold. You could embed the characters yourself, but that would require you to edit the Imagevue FLA sourcefile.

In a future release, font settings will be more flexible.

root timeline, frame 10, layer "heading" - You will see there is a movieclip with a textfield inside in the location of the heading. Double-click it twice to get into the movieclip and edit the textfield. From there you can change the font and/or embed additional characters.

Doesn't matter if you only change the font, you also need to EMBED your required characters, as only the default latin characters are embeded.

When you have selected the textfield, there should be an [Embed] button in the properties palette(usually at the bottom). Press this button, and add your required characters to the field "include these characters".

Simply export the FLA as "imagevue.swf" in flash 7 format, actionscript 1.

Thanks! Unfortunately, the font is not working correctly.. First, the font is using a default, second there are still some characters not showing correctly.. *sigh* I really like Imagevue, but i kinda hit my head on the wall now, since i really would like a danish version and a english one..

Any chance Imagevue may support à¦, ภand ॠsometime soon? :)

When exporting, you must make sure you have all the required fonts installed on your system. They include "standard 07_53" and "Desert_Dog_Hmk" ... It may be a little tricky sometimes ...

We are looking forward to a new release coming within early next year which will support international character sets. Sorry for any inconvenience -
