Please see attached imgs.

When the main picture is showing and when the next image has preloaded it then appears very faintly behind in the background.

The first image is a real screenshot, the second is an enhanced version.
(the black squares that appear around the ghost image are part of the jpeg)

Any help?

I'm using the current version, the only version i've ever had, and have done a clean upload only altering the template files.
It makes no difference what background i specify, swf or 'false', it still shows up.
I did a check and the galleries in your template example pages do the exact same thing.

I am using the latest version of flash 9.0.47.0 at time of writing.

This is on a secure website for family members only who live too far away to see my son growing up, so you won't have any luck at the url.

Is this a support forum, or is it a forum where people point out problems to a product to deter users from buying it?

If you'd like to see for yourself:

Go to imagevuex's own gallery: https://www.photo.gallery/imagevue/?conf ... config.ini

Go to 'MAIN MENU/ART & ILLUSTRATION/JAPANESE CARTOON'

Select the first gallery image then wait a few seconds for the next image to preload.

Take a screen grab (windows: alt+printscreen)
open photoshop, open a new file and paste the screen grab.

Apply a sharpen filter to the image and then repeat the filter a few times with control+f (windows)

You should get an image like this:

hey presto, the next image is half hidden in the background.

Is a fix in progress?
