I paid but no software?!

Dear all,
I paid for my Imagevue software but did not receive any email containing a login. I PM'd Mjau-Mjau and mailed him but did not receive anything in response. It has been 12 days, 6 emails and a lot of patient waiting but I am quite tired of it now.
I know this problem exists but how to go about solving this?
