Is it possible to use the default galery startup page to display only the animated startimage page, without any menu options, and also showing the sitemenu bar?

How? How should i configure the config.ini?
Setting the option showmanu=false results in opening a galery by default....

Late reply, but allow me to answer the issue:

Sorry, you can't really do this, because Imagevue would then not be able to work as a gallery. We added some fixes so that in case no menu is displaying("showmenu = false"), it will try and jump to the first gallery.
