how to remove the [?] in full commercial version?

i am sorry if it's not a new question, i wasn't able to find anything on the forum about this. but i have recently purchased the full commercial version of imagevue, and cannot find anywhere in config files a setting that would remove the [?] with a link back to imagevuex. help!
