I have a site www.isabphotos.com working quite well for me and plenty of users.

But many others, can"t see the flash application starting and then have a blank page.

I guess that they don't have the flash player installed.
How to check the status of their plug-in and make something to ask to automatic download the player when not installed ?

Most likely, they dont hava javascript enabled. Please read more in this post:

in fact , I, thougt fixing the problem with your advise but as I did not upgrade the imagevue.. the java script is not the issue

one of the main issue is that none of the mac users can access to my site ( www. isabphotos.com) .. the flash is loading with the first bar and then freezing ?

what could be problem with the mac users ?

It doesnt work here either .... I can see you are using an older version of Imagevue, and I would certainly recommend updating as the first step in getting it to work. Looks to me like you may have some corrupted SWF files(s) on your server....
