Blank Screen appears...

20 Jun 2007, 02:53

we have uploaded our gallery www.agir.ch and it looks wonderful from our Mac with Safary, Netscape oder Firefox.
But from other Machines there are obviously some problems. Mainly with MS Internet Explorer it works not proper. Either a blank screen with the text string "www.photo.gallery imagevue gallery module" appears or some functions doesn't work properly.

Please, maybe somebody can help me?

Thanks a lot

blank screen with the text string

07 Jul 2007, 12:41

I have the same problem but:
1 - Windows Vista + Explorer 7
I cannot see any Imagevue gallery, all I have is a blank screen
with the text www.photo.gallery imagevue gallery module

2 - Windows Vista + Firefox
Everything works fine, I can see all Imagevue galleries

3 - Windows XP Pro + Explorer 7
Everything works fine, I can see all Imagevue galleries

I tried to deinstall and reinstall Flash Plugin and I checked that Javascript are enabled, but still Windows Vista + Explorer 7 is not showing Imagevue galleries.

I do believe the problem is in some setting of Explorer 7 but I still can't figure out where.
Any idea is welcome

Problem solved, in a quite funny way.
I was going in Google Earth, to install Google Earth on my new computer, the one with the problem.
The Google Earth page asks for Flash Player (that I already installed three times). I say yes, install, then Explorer 7 gives an error in installation and closes itself.
I re-deinstall Flash Plugin, re-launch Explorer 7, went again in Google Earth page and say again yes to the installation request for Flash Player.
This time installation went ok and now I can see all Imagevue galleries, expecially the two made by myself:

The one on my site http://www.imeriomasin.com/foto

and the one on the site of my wife http://www.vogliadicreare.com/foto

Well, I'm happy now.
