How to get the install files ?
I ordered the product last week. I thought I could download it right away but I was wrong. I got no email with any download instructions. I do not block email. I get no answer when I try to contact the company. Is there some secret to actually getting the install files? Would someone please tell me how you get them ? Much thanks.
No files
I ordered the product yesterday, same thing. No email, no response. Here's what the instructions say:
"On payment confirmation page, you will immediately recieve an email with your imagevue account information including a unique username/orderID and a password to access imagevue downloads. This information will also display on our payment confirmation page after returning from 2checkout.com."
None of the above is true. What gives?
