Help get onto admin web page

sorry guys/gals this is a stupid question but I seem to have forgotton how to load my Admin page??
I have been using the website address with Admin on the end but it isnt found.
I have had it in the past to change image discriptions so I know that it is there/works. I just have a mental block right know!
Stupid I know but it is URGENT as I would like to add discriptions to my new images.
