View This Your Site-Menu Font Size Problem:
Code

As for your <>, I don't see that anywhere in the sitemenu's.

Please Refer To This For Any Further Support Regarding Your Sitemenu problems (It might be more efficient if you took the liberty to read the documentation within those last 10days) before asking for our assistance.

so sorry to bother you...
but as a matter of fact 10 days hasn't been enought for you to understand what I'm talking about. or maybe I'm not so clear.
I'll try again. on the site menu you have two bars, one on the top (albertobernasconi.com - about - contact - etc.) and one lower <menu>.this is the one I'm referring.
if you have time for a better look you'll see the <> parenthesis before and after the writing Menu, if you don't , get another look.
the font size that you kindly report me it seems to related only to the upper side of the sitemenu (albertobernasconi.com - contact- about)not to the writing <Menu> that whatever is the fontsize it's almost illegible.(again if you have time to get another look I choosed 20 fontsize and you'll see how the wrting <Menu> is still very small) and this is the writing Iwant to change the size and delete the parenthesis.
all this to tell you that in this 10 days I did take the liberty to read the documentation but obviously I did not find what I was looking for...

Maybe if you weren't so rude someone would want to help you.

If fact someone did and you didnt even bother to thank them.

this is a USER FORUM if you want support speak to the developers via email, OR be polite and explain what your problem is and if you are a nice person people might help you.

dear catstevens
1_I asked for support and I thought the forum was ruled from the imagevuex staff. that's why I was rude when I had no answer to my questions. I was wrong and when I realised it I prompted Thanked and excused myself throw a private message with Vietknight who tried to help me."If fact someone did and you didnt even bother to thank them", you should talk or write for what you know not what you guess.
2_I emailed the support three or four times and as a matter of fact after more than a month I had no support at all 'til now despite the license I bought says "Full support is given"
3_same story with my foldersorting not working and no support
4_your message is not helpful at all, a late waist of time for you and for me
5_thanks, reagards and enjoy the summer as much as I'm doing.
ciao

Support for this product is a joke. Trust me I have been in your shoes. I purchased this product because it was supported or so I thought. I guess you get what you pay for.

I think this is a great product.....If you consider the wealth of documentation and these forums as part of the product's support efforts; it's an incredible value. Good luck with your issues but I'll simply say; I have yet to have a problem for which a quick resolution was provided via either the docs, forums and tech-support-email.

I know the support in this forum has been minimal over the summer. My apologies to those affected. Let me answer the original issue:

Unfortunately, the fonts embeded in the menu of the Imagevue gallery are hardcoded. You would only be able to change it by editing the Flash source file(If you have Adobe Flash).

We added a few 'helpers' for the menu so that it is easier to detect for users:

#1 Clicking the main image(startimage) when Imagevue first loads will toggle menu open/close. Most users should be able to understand that this is where the menu is.

#2 You can use the "menuopen = true" setting to force the menu to open at start, should also make it obvious where the menu is.
