Change view of the users with low resolution....

Hello, how can I change the message of 'click here to relaunch' wich appears to the 800x600 users please 
And how can I do for that any new window appears until the user really click to the mentioned way of 'click to relaunch'...
All in Imagevuex 1.7...
Something more... It was possible to automatically relaunch to users with low resolutions to a new window or way please?
