I uploaded some photos in my architecture folder, but when I select it to see the photos I can't see them. to see the photos I have to reselect the folder again. secont time it works.

Im not 100% sure what the reason is for this, but I am sure its something to do with your configuration file. As you can see, it works with another of the template configuration files: http://www.albertobernasconi.com/galler ... config.ini

I checked your configuration file http://www.albertobernasconi.com/gallery/config.ini , and I believe it might be related to the fact that you have set contentfolder = false. This setting should not be set to false, it should be set:
