startup slideshow will not open

i managed to get the slideshow on the welcome page working, but after trying to install a 'sitemenu' page, the slideshow disappeared, and now i cannot get it to work again. i am lost as to how or why this change happened. Any help would be very appreciated. thanks,

www.stillshots.ch is the web site i'm trying to set up. like i mentionned, i had the slideshow working until i tried to set up a 'sitemenu'. after that no more slideshow. i got rid of the site menu bar, and tried to set everything as it was, but no luck. also, i warn you i have no idea about anything, this is my first time at all this... thanks

I checked your config.ini, and to start with, you have the following:
startimage = show.swf,show.ini templates/carbon/carbonstart.jpg
That should be either:
startimage = show.swf,show.ini
or
startimage = templates/carbon/carbonstart.jpg
You cant have both values at once. This will confused the gallery, and it will not load any of the items correctly.
