Admin problem

I'm login my gallery by admin,but when I press the "upload" button to upload image,I get problems:You don't have permission to upload files to this dir!
also I can't delete image or save description data.

Sounds like there is something with your login. You might have a type mistake in your passwords.php. Can you post a link to your gallery admin and send me your passwords.php by e-mail?

Have you set your folder permissions to 755? I think you're trying to write to a certain restricted folder via uploading a picture. You need to set the folder permissions to 755 first before you can upload your picture to that folder.
